Why does it cost so much to get my dog groomed?

I only use top quality, professional products in my salon. Some (not all) of the other business expenses include utilities, taxes, insurance, and periodically maintaining and/or replacing equipment (scissors, clippers, clipper blades, dryers, etc).  

Can I stay with my dog?

I generally allow this if requested under one condition: if your dog acts up while you are here, which makes my job much harder, then you will be asked to leave. (Dogs often act up when the owner stays because they want to be ‘rescued’ from the grooming process.)  If your dog behaves, then no problem!

When should I begin bringing my puppy for grooming?

Your new puppy should begin getting accustomed to grooming at about 4 months of age, when the first round of vaccinations is complete. 

Are there discounts for multiple family dogs?

No, sorry, there are no such discounts.
